Pickle and Pearl

A very enjoyable, entertaining selection of the adventures of two onions! Our thanks go out to Walter, who has graciously volunteered to keep us up to date on these two. On this blog, the most recent post is at the top!

Yorkshire pudding

Pickle and Pearl are getting ready to depart on their fact-finding mission but first they have a little unfinished business to finish. While in and around York they had to take another look at the open air market which they visited the last time they visited on their visit to York. If you see what I mean (or even if you don't). Their first visit was recorded on 27th April 2006 when they were interested in balloons. This time it is, of course, the famous 'Yorkshire Pudding'. Be it known that P. & P. did not partake of this delectable comestible because the most popular version of the famous pudding (not the 'Chieftain O' the Pudden' Race' as Rabbie Burns once had it) was smothered in ground beef and ONIONS!!!!
