Australia, land of sheep (but not as much as New Zealand), boomerangs, (when they come back), flying doctors, Paul Hogan, (Crocodile Dundee), Mel Gibson, Nicole Kidman and Cate Blanchett. to name a phew! Talking about New Zealand and sheep. I am very fond of an original Shepherds Pie. No, not made with real shepherds but made with real lamb and if you think about it, Shepherds look after sheep so a Shepherds Pie MUST be made with lamb not beef as is usual, then it would be a Cowboys Pie! And the North American habit of putting corn in is disgusting. You are allowed a layer of baked beans if you make your own. What has this to do with Australia you ask, "Nothing" I reply, and the picture and instructions for the hat above are a little fly fetched as most decent Ozzies would not be caught dead in one.
