It is with a sense of wonderment that I (the 'guide') have reached the three hundredth issue of Pickle and Pearl. That is why I have shown this testimonial from them as a sort of celebration of the occasion. When I started this chronicle in February 2006 I little thought that I would still be at it three years later. I thought P. & P. would have gone home long before now. They are still here and I will have to carry on keeping an eye on them and recording their exploits as long as my fingers hold out.
