All decked out!

Great improvement! A new cedar deck by Mr. John Timmermann that never needs painting, perhaps as well, Pickle and Pearl couldn't brush a brush or roll a roller. Their good friend and guide, Walter, he who will be responsible for helping the family acclimatise themselves to the district and show them the sights, looks on with pride and an awareness of the honour the visitors from space have allowed him to assume. Let's hope Walter doesn't assume too much, as they say (whoever 'they' are), when you assume, 'you make an ass of u and me', (old joke!). Having said that (aren't we full of cliches, tonight?) (sorry about the e-acute, I can't find it) in the coming issues we take P. & P. on a voyage of discovery of the Canadian way of life. Stay tuned!
