Richmond Fair.
Pickle and Pearl, in their search for different and exciting things in the new and odd environs they have found themselves in, asked to be shown the strange and exotic North-American phenomenon known as the 'Fall Fair'. To this end, their 'guide' (me) took them to the ever popular Richmond Fair to see the farm animals, the trotting ponies and especially the loud, tinny music of the various spinning, swinging, twisting, gut-wrenching 'amusements'.
The Rap-scallions wanted to make a show of themselves by sitting in the cage of the Patagonian Cavies in the petting zoo while their parents wandered off sightseeing. (You will see what they were up to in the next edition). So if you went to Richmond Fair and saw the Rap-scallions you may have taken a picture of them as I did.
