A welcome break!

"Time out" is the cry from Pickle and Pearl (and their 'guide'). They have asked for a break from the dizzy round of sight-seeing and the pressure from the local authorities to shift their spaceship from the landing site behind the Stittsville sign on the main road (see 10th of July issue), more of that soon.
Meanwhile, Pickle and Pearl have been introduced to a quiet and peaceful haven not too far away from the hurly-burly of the noisy traffic of Bell's Corners. Called The Celtic (I prefer the beautiful soft 'S' sound to the harsh 'K' as in Keltic) Mist Tea Room with efficient manageress Barbara Evans and a pleasant, helpful staff located in The Scottish and Irish Store in the Village Plaza on Robertson Road. Ee! You can get a nice cup of tea and a piece of shortbread and a quiet little think.
