Villagefest, Whoopee!
There being no more local Fall Fairs, the 'guide', as promised, took the visitors from Ascalonia to the Stittsville Villagefest to see what mischief they could get into. All the faithful followers will, by now, of course, be aware that Pickle and Pearl and Rap-scallions are by now a law unto themselves, and the 'guide' can no longer be responsible for their antics. Which is why, when Pickle and Pearl decided to take part in the Parade they were amused to make themselves 'prisoners' in the paddy wagon of the 'Keystone Kops'. This is why you see him looking out through the window. As the old song about the three old ladies locked in a lavatory has it, "Nobody knew they were there". That's my old R.A.F. anthem! Apologies! In the next issue the pumpkins will amaze you.
