Carp Fair 2007

This weekend just passed brought the interested public to the Carp Fall Fair. It was a few days ahead of Fall but now that it is officially Autumn it doesn't really matter. Pickle and Pearl (who, if you remember, (you will if I remind you) jocularly exhibited themselves in the 'Odd Vegetables' category, see 25 September 2006) wanted to go again and after sampling some of the more exotic rides decided to rest in the Senior's Hospitality building with its free coffee and cookies. The Ascalonion family decided to participate in the judging of the "Big Black Horses with the red ribbons and the Docked Tails, category", I don't think the judges were best impressed but the Rap-scallions enjoyed it!
