Progress is it?

This is another look at the kind of expansion that has blighted the Stittsville landscape over the last few years. I suppose that nobody can object to what is erroneously referred to as 'progress'. The picture is of what was Healey's Heath off Stittsville Main Street (Sic!) on the way out of the village towards Healey's Heath (do I repeat myself? Hic!). When Pickle saw the above picture he remarked "Open? Open? It's WIDE OPEN? But dear readers, not for long. It would have been nice if the extra taxes had been applied to the rolls of Goulbourn Township instead of the City of Ottawa but as the French ces't, "Ces't la vie". Pickle said to Pearl.(sotto voce) (which I ('the guide') overheard), "I think this planet is not worth invading, they are just as screwed up as we are".
