Pickle and Pearl

A very enjoyable, entertaining selection of the adventures of two onions! Our thanks go out to Walter, who has graciously volunteered to keep us up to date on these two. On this blog, the most recent post is at the top!

Antiques? show on the road.

There are two antiques? (Three?) in the picture above. Once again Pickle (with his insatiable desire to join the 'Intelligentsia' and look like a real dork, shows off his newly acquired artifacts. Having been around many years he thinks he knows an antique when he sees one but is this one? (Are these two?) (Three). To give credit where credit is due, I am indebted to a beautiful friend, Fiona, for this inspiration. Unfortunately, as it is taking some time to write this my glass is frequently being filled with my favourite Scottish Wine, so if you see any typos, ignore them. The symbol on the bottom suggests Meissen, the signature on the paintings is Boucher. If genuine these bowls are worth something like $3.95. Need I remind you that if you click on the picture you will be rewarded by a LARGE IMAGE of it and an opportunity to see more details.
LITTLE FLY upon the bowl/ Not the kind of bowl you roll/ Can't you tell that it's antique?/ No! you're just a LITTLE FREAK.
