Pearl: "You are not thinking we should be moving are you?"
Pickle: " Well, you know how I like to talk to the local residents and keep abreast of local affairs"
Pearl: "But do we have to move to do that?"
Pickle: "Under normal circumstances, no, but this company does advertise 'Conversation' so I suppose people who move in will be willing to talk".
"Talk, Shmalk", says Pearl, who always has the last word, "I think it really means 'Conservation', we stay put".
"OK", says Pickle.
