Pickle and Pearl

A very enjoyable, entertaining selection of the adventures of two onions! Our thanks go out to Walter, who has graciously volunteered to keep us up to date on these two. On this blog, the most recent post is at the top!

They're in the frame again!

The H.S.N. (Hysterical Society of Nottingham) have uncovered another old master painting version where Pickle and Pearl were portrayed. Having heard of this Masterpiece and being in the vicinity of Malaga in Spain, the birthplace of this painter with 23 names they thought they would take a look. The name of the painter was Pablo Diego Jose Francisco De Paula Juan Nepomuceno Maria Del Los Remedios Cipriano De La Santisima Trinidad Martyr Patricio Clito Ruiz Y Picasso. Of course, the name was too long to put on a painting (unless it was huge) so he shortened his name to Ruiz (I think). However to spread the story out some more, the first version was in Malaga with them naughtily in it but the final and widely accepted version was called 'Minotauromaquia' in the 'Centro de Arte Reina Sofia' in Madrid.
