It's beginning to look a lot......

As Mel Torme's (second 'e' acute) "Christmas song" says. 'Nutters roasting on an open fire', etc., or as a line from "Winter Wonderland" has it, 'Later on, we'll perspire, as we sit by the fire', or something like that. Which is nothing but a way to introduce Pickle and Pearl to another season of Peace(?) and Goodwill. I am just afraid P. & P. will take off in their new spaceship on a flight around the world to see how other countries and civilizations celebrate the Season to be Jolly. Personally I prefer New Year's Eve (or as the Scottish people say Hogmanay), I prefer it because I am partial to a cup of Scotch.
