Strike up the band!

Pickle and Pearl decided to move to another float in the Stittsville "Christmas Parade of Lights" and as they like Earth music so much they left the rap-scallions on the float with the pretend Santa and float-ed over to the one in the picture with the newly formed Stittsville Concert Band. This was obviously very well lit to allow the musicians to be able to read the dots. This is a replacement band for the old Stittsville band which folded when I (the 'guide') joined with my trumpet. The fact that at my advanced years I do not have the 'puff' I once had, I did not join. Long may they reign!
LITTLE FLY upon the float/ You know better than to gloat/ There's the man who blows a trumpet/ Here's my spray - you'll have to lump it.
