To Life, to Life, L'Chaim, (no I'm not)

Spring is sprung, the grass hasn't quite yet riz but some of the birdies are starting to hang around. But Spring is the time for renewal, new life and new growth, and that is why I (the 'guide') (with Pickles assent) has added the picture that you see above. What, you may ask, has that got to do with Spring? The reply comes back, the illustration is that of the 'guide' many years ago performing in "Fiddler on the Roof" singing "To Life" and what is Spring but life, new life, the harbinger of a prolific season to come. Gardeners, rejoice, (of which I am not one), however, I do like a bit of colour around the yard!
