Feed the Birds Too

Pickle reminded me (the 'guide') that I had said I would go back to Stony Swamp next day to take some more sunflower seeds for the hungry chickadees. So we went. As soon as I set foot on the trail the birds flocked around without waiting for me to hold out my hand. They gave me the occasional chirp (which sounded like 'twerp') because they thought I was taking too long to get my hand out of my pocket. I would like to be able to say that the bird in the photo. is the same one that I phoggytogged the day before but as I can't tell one bird from t'other that would be presumptuous. Although the 'guide' is a bird-fancier, he is not a bird-watcher.
