The wanderers return

Pickle and Pearl, coming back to their home in Stittsville after a trip around the world flew over the third largest city in the world and the largest in the United States of America, New York City. They didn't feel it necessary to stop over after their many varied visits to far away places with strange sounding names, far away over the sea. (Sing along if you wish). They went this way to see if they could see the giant ape that was said to swing on the top of the Empire State buliding swatting down biplanes but no luck. King Kong must have been on holiday. Pickle, I believe, will be glad to return to his temporary home to consolidate his information and make his report to his masters in Ascalonia.
